About the role
- Intern supporting project coordination and performance analysis at MHI RJ Aviation Group. Engaging with teams to improve project governance and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Complete project schedules and performance tracking in regard to deadline adherence
- Ensure adherence to project commitments for the department, improve governance and visibility to managers
- Develop valuable performance metrics for the team
- Perform various data analysis in support of ongoing projects
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and drive successful outcomes
- Assist in onboarding new customers
- Monitor adherence to budget
Requirements
- Are enrolled in Commerce, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering program
- Have project management skills
- Have Commerce / Financial acumen
- Have good organizational skills
- Have good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Having coding / automation skill is a plus
- Having Visual Basics Application (VBA) for Excel is a plus
- Comfortable with learning additional software as required
