About the role
- Technical Project Manager supporting project execution for global network operations at Miratech. Managing technical projects including data center consolidations and voice network migrations.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution of technical projects supporting global network engineering and operations
- Own delivery of data center consolidations, voice network migrations, and platform rationalization
- Coordinate service orders with engineering teams and escalate to carriers when commitments are at risk
- Act as primary point of accountability for project status, risks, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with finance on budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Identify and mitigate risks related to network migrations and service continuity
- Produce concise project status reports and deliver updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or data center operations
- Ownership of technical projects including budget, schedule, scope, and risk
- Working knowledge of voice services and IP networking
- Experience with service orders and carrier escalations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc) and Excel for financial analysis
