Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot and maintain a wide range of equipment, including computers, cash registers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, printers, digital signage systems, cameras and more
Analyze issues, recommend root causes and corrective actions
Build excellent relationships with our merchants by demonstrating professionalism at all times
Maintain organization of tools, equipment, company vehicle and work environment
Requirements
Post-secondary studies in electronics, information technology or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field service, technical support, customer service or a related role
Ability to test and resolve computer, network or point-of-sale (POS) terminal issues
Knowledge of computers, general network management concepts, the Internet and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Proficiency in English and French (read, written and spoken)
Valid provincial driver’s license
