About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead operational oversight and modernization of the Real-Time Market Data team
- Ensure platform stability, readiness, and successful infrastructure changes across approximately 200 production hosts
- Drive TCM activities, mandatory software upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and post-checkout validations
- Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using Python, Shell scripting, and AI-assisted development technologies
- Build and maintain agentic workflows, reusable automation assets, and AI-driven development tools such as Copilot
- Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams on deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and modernization initiatives
- Drive continuous improvements in monitoring, automation, resiliency, and operational controls
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Python, Shell scripting, and Linux
- Experience with market data infrastructure, enterprise monitoring platforms, and operational tooling
- Experience in infrastructure modernization, platform migrations, software deployments, and production change management across distributed systems
- Ability to design and implement proactive monitoring, observability, and health-check frameworks
- Experience in AI-assisted software development and automation using GitHub, Copilot, and agentic workflows
- Understanding of Linux-based infrastructure, application lifecycle management, scheduling frameworks, and production support processes
- Experience collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and operational issues
- Knowledge of market data systems, feed processing environments, and high-availability production platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of French and English is required
