About the role

  • Creative Strategist owning the link between performance data and creative output for luxury and premium DTC clients at MVR Digital. Requires hands-on UGC scripting experience and structuring briefs based on ad performance.

Responsibilities

  • Read Meta and Google ad performance data daily.
  • Identify which hooks are fatiguing, which formats are holding attention, and which audiences are saturating.
  • Translate signals into structured creative briefs.
  • Build and prioritize a testing roadmap with media buyers.
  • Brief designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators.
  • Maintain a tagged creative asset library.
  • Track UGC and short-form trends across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Write UGC-style scripts with hooks and CTAs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience writing structured creative briefs, not mood boards.
  • DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving agency environment managing multiple client accounts and external creative partners simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Hands-on UGC scriptwriting experience.
  • Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting.
