About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Plan, manage, and deliver onboarding projects by defining scope, milestones, timelines, and success criteria
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to manage expectations, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
  • Track project progress and communicate updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve processes and delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and operational teams
  • A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality results
  • Project management certification or formal training (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity working in fast‑growing, evolving environments (Nice to Have)
