About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Plan, manage, and deliver onboarding projects by defining scope, milestones, timelines, and success criteria
- Partner with customers and internal teams to manage expectations, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Track project progress and communicate updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve processes and delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and operational teams
- A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality results
- Project management certification or formal training (Nice to Have)
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity working in fast‑growing, evolving environments (Nice to Have)
