About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager growing Nespresso’s premium coffee retail business across Quebec. Managing retail partnerships, merchandising, promotions, and field execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with managers and sales teams of retail partners
  • Ensure optimal Nespresso product presence through merchandising excellence and in-store execution
  • Analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
  • Negotiate premium placements and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility
  • Manage demonstration programs and contribute to training and development of brand ambassadors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales and execution objectives
  • Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador with partners and consumers
  • Execute the national commercial strategy within the Quebec territory
  • Report to the Senior Regional Sales Director

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong experience in merchandising and retail execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and capability to translate data into high-performing action plans
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexibility to travel throughout your territory
  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related field
