About the role

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of key technology initiatives, driving the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial planning to successful final delivery.
- Act as the vital link between business intent and technical reality, translating high-level visions into structured, actionable project plans.
- Maintain tight feedback loops and clear communication cadences between internal teams and external partners to ensure total alignment.
- Lead the rollout of new systems by managing process changes and providing the hands-on support necessary to ensure the technology is successfully adopted.
- Provide transparent, high-impact reporting using Power BI and Excel to track milestones, KPIs, and resource utilization for leadership.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on delivering B2B SaaS projects end-to-end being an asset.
- You possess a natural "owner" mindset with the initiative to identify pain points and drive feature ideas from concept to completion.
- You have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and are comfortable using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI to turn plans into reality.
- PMP Certification will be considered an asset.
