About the role
- Project Manager leading complex projects in Telecoms for client-facing implementations. Focusing on project delivery and ensuring value for enterprise customers with defined objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall).
- Build project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables. Must understand key technical concepts for CCaaS and Telecoms.
- Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW.
- Lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Track action items and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks early.
- Report on Project Financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition.
- Lead post-project evaluations.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
- University/Bachelor’s degree, with PMP Certification
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with technical teams.
- Experience serving as the primary client contact.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Proactive in managing risks and escalations.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
