Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team of experts in innovating Coherent Optical Modules' product line
- Engage with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships while driving projects from concept to completion
- Create and execute project schedules for hardware development
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and manage risks
- Track and report on development milestones and project progress to stakeholders
- Identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate prototype hardware builds, including managing Purchase Orders
- Conduct project performance analysis to ensure goals are met within time and budget constraints
- Lead post-mortem reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution
Requirements
- B.Eng./B.Sc. in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or related)
- 5 - 10 years of hardware project/product management experience
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on relationship building
- Proficient in project planning tools like MS Project and Excel
- M.Sc. in a technical field
- PMP Certification
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira tools
- Agile project management experience
