About the role

  • Data Analytics Lead for NPX managing analytics solutions and client relationships in the nuclear industry. Leading a team to drive outcomes through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of data analysts.
  • Work directly with clients to understand business problems and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Design and build analytics solutions using Power BI, Databricks, and Azure technologies.
  • Own the data architecture and infrastructure decisions for analytics engagements.
  • Advise clients on their digital transformation journey related to data.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks and best practices across engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand analytics work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
  • Strong Power BI and Databricks experience.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure data ecosystem.
  • Understanding of data architecture patterns (lakehouse, medallion layers, data mesh).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Consulting mindset with ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with executives and technical teams.
