About the role

- Establish repeatable frameworks and best practices across engagements.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand analytics work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Strong Power BI and Databricks experience.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure data ecosystem.
- Understanding of data architecture patterns (lakehouse, medallion layers, data mesh).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Consulting mindset with ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions.
- Strong communication skills with executives and technical teams.
