Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of data analysts.
- Work directly with clients to understand business problems and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Design and build analytics solutions using Power BI, Databricks, and Azure technologies.
- Own the data architecture and infrastructure decisions for analytics engagements.
- Advise clients on their digital transformation journey related to data.
- Establish repeatable frameworks and best practices across engagements.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand analytics work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Strong Power BI and Databricks experience.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure data ecosystem.
- Understanding of data architecture patterns (lakehouse, medallion layers, data mesh).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Consulting mindset with ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions.
- Strong communication skills with executives and technical teams.
