About the role

  • Senior Program Manager leading planning, coordination, and delivery of new nuclear projects for NPX. Managing complex multi-stakeholder programs to ensure safety and budgetary commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery — managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk to keep commitments to clients and stakeholders intact.
  • Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation across the program lifecycle, translating uncertainty into structured action plans before issues become project impacts.
  • Serve as a trusted client interface at site to build strong relationships that keep work flowing and surface what’s coming next.

Requirements

  • Results & Impact: you define what "done" looks like and drive your team to get there — on time, on budget, and without cutting corners on safety or quality.
  • Leadership & Influence: you align multi-disciplinary teams around shared goals and create accountability across organizational boundaries. Experience leading and developing people a strong asset.
  • Adaptability & Growth: you thrive in fast-moving environments and bring structure without rigidity when complexity increases.
  • Initiative & Ownership: you anticipate problems before they surface and treat your program's success as your personal responsibility.
  • Cultural Amplification: you model the discipline and care that nuclear demands — and you bring your team along with you, because program culture is safety culture.
  • Domain Familiarity: experience in nuclear, energy, or major capital projects with knowledge of CSA N286, project controls frameworks, or equivalent regulatory environments is a strong asset. Experience with New Build and/or Gen III+/Gen IV Large Scale Reactors and SMRs is an asset. Experience with Management System development is an asset.

Benefits

  • Tools and support for mental wellness, professional growth, and financial security.
  • Health coverage, a spending account, and the freedom to rest and recharge.
  • Meaningful work, alignment with your values, and time to refresh with time off.
  • Competitive pay and recognition for the impact you make.
