About the role

  • Paid Search Specialist owning acquisition across Canada, the US, and Australia for Odd Bunch’s sustainable produce subscription service. Managing Google Ads, expanding channels, and optimizing subscriber and B2B lead growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search CPA, blended CAC, and new subscriber volume across Canada, the US, and Oddies/Australia
  • Manage Google Ads Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube account structure
  • Pace budgets, manage bid strategies, mine search terms, maintain negative keywords, and test RSAs
  • Own paid search for corporate, workplace, and wholesale B2B accounts
  • Build Microsoft Advertising and Reddit Ads into genuine acquisition channels
  • Evaluate emerging search surfaces, including AI answer engines and shopping agents
  • Reconcile platform-reported conversions against GA4 and Triple Whale
  • Report cost per new customer rather than cost per conversion
  • Write and test ad copy within hard character limits
  • Partner with the web/CRO team on paid landing page performance
  • Own the paid search stack and drive AI/automation leverage
  • Deliver data-backed leadership reporting with insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in paid search or PPC, with direct ownership of a budget and a CPA number
  • DTC/e-commerce experience preferred
  • Deep Google Ads fluency, including match types, bid strategies, Performance Max, audience signals, conversion imports, and offline conversion tracking
  • Experience running more than one market or region
  • US launch experience preferred
  • Judgment to determine when a market needs its own structure
  • Strong short-form copywriting and stakeholder communication
  • Operator’s reliability, with end-to-end ownership of commitments and early risk flagging
  • B2B or lead-generation paid search experience is a bonus
