About the role

  • Vice President of Product leading strategy, roadmaps, and product teams for Onfleet’s last-mile delivery platform. Driving enterprise growth, adoption, and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product at Onfleet and own how strategy translates into roadmaps and shipped, adopted products
  • Sharpen product strategy and define how the product suite evolves as the company scales
  • Report to the CEO and lead Product Management, Design, and User Research
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
  • Own and update the product roadmap
  • Prioritize quarterly product bets and competing initiatives
  • Build deep knowledge of the last-mile delivery industry and core users
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning with Engineering and go-to-market leaders
  • Set company goals connecting product work to business outcomes
  • Own product feedback gathering, prioritization, and follow-up
  • Coordinate work across squads and surface dependencies and risks
  • Connect product success metrics to company metrics and use adoption data
  • Represent Product internally, to the board, customer advisory boards, and key customers
  • Foster team culture and plan team structure, processes, and tooling
  • Coach the team and define growth paths

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS product roles
  • 5+ years leading product teams
  • 3+ years as Director of Product or above
  • Experience running Product at a Series B+ company generating tens of millions of dollars in ARR
  • Experience leading a product through a move upmarket into enterprise
  • Experience directly hiring, managing, and developing Product Managers, Designers, and User Researchers
  • Significant UX and design experience
  • Experience overseeing usability tests, user interviews, and experiments
  • Experience partnering with Engineering on scoping, scope stability, and iterative delivery
  • Experience running market research to size opportunities
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience building or managing a Product Operations function
  • Working fluency in Jira, Productboard, and Amplitude
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and focused on outcomes
