Responsibilities
- Manage a cross-functional team to define, plan, and implement assigned projects
- Direct the management and implementation of multiple large and complex projects
- Notify the direct-level manager of project risks affecting timelines, costs, resources, and other factors
- Work with departments to develop timelines, generate project budgets, track tasks, and communicate updates to field teams
- Assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and abilities for hiring decisions and identify developmental needs
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching on project-specific tasks and professional development
- Maintain and update weekly/monthly reports on projects and operational support items
- Prepare ad hoc reports
- Develop and present presentations to corporate and field representatives
- Travel approximately 50%
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Project Management (Black belt)
- 2 years of plasma industry experience preferred
- 5 years of previous experience leading projects across functional areas
- Broad knowledge of plasma industry practices
- Effective phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work across departments and in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to and manage ongoing changes
- Ability to present information in front of groups and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage work to completion through others
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%
