About the role

  • Lead Strategist developing patient engagement strategies for Phreesia’s healthcare SaaS platform. Advising pharmaceutical clients, optimizing campaigns, and shaping patient-facing content innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with established-vertical pharmaceutical clients
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies supporting client objectives and business growth
  • Develop patient engagement thought leadership and advance industry best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance and create data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes and demonstrate value within omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with Client Experience, Client Solutions, Research, Insights & Analytics, Product, User Experience, and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop expertise in Phreesia’s patient-facing content tools and advocate for platform enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for innovation that improve content creation and patient experiences
  • Design pilot programs and strategies to transform successful initiatives into scalable offerings
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and presentations
  • Share expertise on healthcare content strategy, digital engagement platforms, healthcare technology trends, content management systems, and digital healthcare communications
  • Apply knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical landscape, pharmaceutical marketing, and established-vertical client priorities

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical marketing
  • Experience developing strategic, data-driven solutions to complex business challenges
  • Experience leading strategic relationships with major pharmaceutical organizations
  • Strong presentation and discussion facilitation skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently across all organizational levels
  • Curiosity, adaptability, proactivity, and comfort navigating evolving priorities
  • Ability to identify innovation opportunities and bring ideas from concept to execution
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, content development, population health, health education, health behavior, digital health technology, or a related field
  • Candidates must be located within the United States or Canada in Eastern or Central timezone regions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, client visits, and company offsites
