- AI Automation Engineer designing and implementing internal systems at Pontosense. Collaborate with leadership to integrate AI across departments for enhanced operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents and automation tools that eliminate manual work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and beyond.
- Identify high-friction workflows and rebuild them using intelligent systems.
- Develop internal tools that increase speed, visibility, and execution across teams.
- Improve how information flows across the organization by structuring data and decision-making systems.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions that strengthen how we scale.
- Partner with leadership to translate business challenges into technical systems.
- Continuously evaluate where AI can create leverage and implement it.
Requirements
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Business, or another rigorous analytical discipline.
- Strong academic performance in a competitive program or a demonstrated track record of excellence.
