- Develop internal tools that increase speed, visibility, and execution across teams
- Improve how information flows across the organization by structuring data and decision-making systems
- Prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions that strengthen how we scale
- Partner with leadership to translate business challenges into technical systems
- Continuously evaluate where AI can create leverage and implement it

- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Business, or another rigorous analytical discipline
