AI Automation Engineer at Pontosense responsible for designing AI systems to improve operational efficiency. Collaborating with the CEO and leadership to implement automation across departments in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI agents and automation tools that eliminate manual work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and beyond
Identify high-friction workflows and rebuild them using intelligent systems
Develop internal tools that increase speed, visibility, and execution across teams
Improve how information flows across the organization by structuring data and decision-making systems
Prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions that strengthen how we scale
Partner with leadership to translate business challenges into technical systems
Continuously evaluate where AI can create leverage and implement it

Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Business, or another rigorous analytical discipline
Strong academic performance in a competitive program or a demonstrated track record of excellence
You are the person others rely on when something complex needs to be figured out
You naturally break down messy problems into structured solutions
You take initiative and execute without waiting for perfect direction
