- AI Automation Engineer at Pontosense responsible for designing AI systems to improve operational efficiency. Collaborating with the CEO and leadership to implement automation across departments in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents and automation tools that eliminate manual work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and beyond
- Identify high-friction workflows and rebuild them using intelligent systems
- Develop internal tools that increase speed, visibility, and execution across teams
- Improve how information flows across the organization by structuring data and decision-making systems
- Prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions that strengthen how we scale
- Partner with leadership to translate business challenges into technical systems
- Continuously evaluate where AI can create leverage and implement it
Requirements
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Business, or another rigorous analytical discipline
- Strong academic performance in a competitive program or a demonstrated track record of excellence
