About the role

  • Program Coordinator supporting patient and provider services for Cencora in Canada. Handling various administrative tasks and maintaining communication with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general administrative tasks such as handling the mail, typing, and maintenance of filling systems for the program.
  • Create and maintain patient records in the CRM.
  • Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program
  • Act as a liaise between other members of the team
  • Review and analyze documents for Adverse Events
  • Report Adverse Events as required
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar administrative role
  • Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
