About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the existing team for operations related to specialized services programs
  • Lead the team's efforts in developing project plans for the business owner
  • Manage the department's financial data in collaboration with Finance and the respective client
  • Responsible for day-to-day client management
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions
  • Make recommendations for the development of long-term strategies
  • Establish business plans, objectives, and implementation strategies for integrated programs
  • Responsible for talent management, team motivation, and career development strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or university degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience
  • At least 5 years in progressively responsible management roles
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
  • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and database components and functionality
  • Understanding of technology direction, trends, and the strategic business impact on key client initiatives
  • Dynamic leader able to drive multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with end-to-end call center program services is an asset
