About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the existing team for operations related to specialized services programs
- Lead the team's efforts in developing project plans for the business owner
- Manage the department's financial data in collaboration with Finance and the respective client
- Responsible for day-to-day client management
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions
- Make recommendations for the development of long-term strategies
- Establish business plans, objectives, and implementation strategies for integrated programs
- Responsible for talent management, team motivation, and career development strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or university degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience
- At least 5 years in progressively responsible management roles
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
- General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and database components and functionality
- Understanding of technology direction, trends, and the strategic business impact on key client initiatives
- Dynamic leader able to drive multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with end-to-end call center program services is an asset
