Responsibilities
Manage the existing team for operations related to specialized services programs

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or university degree in a relevant field
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience
At least 5 years in progressively responsible management roles
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and database components and functionality
Understanding of technology direction, trends, and the strategic business impact on key client initiatives
Dynamic leader able to drive multidisciplinary teams
Experience with end-to-end call center program services is an asset
