About the role

  • Partner Marketing Manager scaling insurance and OEM go-to-market programs for Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud. Driving partner awareness, pipeline, engagement, and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies for insurance and OEM partners
  • Build and scale partner marketing programs, including co-branded campaigns, launches, events, webinars, customer stories, thought leadership, communications, and seller enablement
  • Establish trusted partner stakeholder relationships and act as a strategic marketing advisor
  • Collaborate with Partner Sales and Partner Programs to create integrated marketing plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations
  • Create messaging and enablement for partner executives, sellers, customers, and prospects
  • Define KPIs, measure program effectiveness, communicate insights, and optimize investments using partner and campaign data
  • Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms for partner marketing
  • Manage multiple high-visibility projects and external stakeholders
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, alliances, or related program management roles
  • Proven experience creating and executing integrated, high-impact marketing programs with external partners and measuring results
  • Experience building relationships with internal teams and external partner stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, customer- and partner-centric messaging
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gemini
  • Strong cross-functional project and program management skills
  • Data-informed decision-making experience, including defining success metrics and using performance insights
  • Collaborative, proactive, and accountable working style
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 15% travel required
