About the role

  • Intermediate Project Manager overseeing ERP implementation and Health & Safety SaaS project. Managing vendor relations and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment from Mississauga, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project coordination, execution tracking, stakeholder communication, and vendor management across both streams
  • Develop and maintain project plans for both initiatives
  • Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate project meetings and status updates
  • Maintain RAID logs and reporting dashboards
  • Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Escalate issues and manage change control as needed
  • Support executive reporting and stakeholder communication

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of project management experience (intermediate level)
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations (Finance preferred)
  • Familiarity with system integrations and vendor-led projects
  • Experience managing third-party Professional Services teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in enterprise environments
  • PMP or similar certification is an asset
