Play a pivotal role in delivering structural engineering solutions across various projects.
Focus on new and existing institutional, commercial and residential buildings.

Bring hands-on experience across all phases of project development from conception through construction.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively for successful project delivery.
Conduct site reviews and contract administration inspections and provide guidance during construction.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a structural engineering firm, preferably involving existing buildings and new construction of institutional, commercial and residential buildings.
Strong technical expertise in structural engineering and materials.
Registered or actively pursuing registration with the Association of Profession Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Proficiency with structural design software (e.g., S-Frame, ETABS, spSlab) and familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit.
Proven ability to apply project management principles, from strategic planning and budgeting to resource allocation and scope control.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills with a proven ability to build trust with clients and contractors.
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail coupled with a client-centric mindset.
Team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
