Bilingual Integration Specialist working remotely with suppliers and technical teams at Sodexo. Maintaining data integrity and collaborating on data flow solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with supplier partners to establish and maintain electronic data flows for business‑critical files.
Work with technical teams and partners to ensure accurate data capture and integration.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configuration.
Provide consulting, support, and training services to partners on data and systems integration.
Investigate and resolve issues related to data flows, upgrades, and integrations.
Participate in testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new systems.
Work closely with suppliers, eProcurement teams, procurement management, accounts payable, and IS&T teams to provide updates and manage escalations.
Requirements
Bilingual in French and English (required)
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
At least 2 years of experience in a professional environment
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience with EDI integrations, supplier data exchange, or procurement systems (preferred)
Familiarity with ERP and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP)
Experience working with SQL or other data query tools
Experience with testing tools such as DevOps (or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of EDI and other data exchange concepts
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
