About the role
- Bilingual Integration Specialist working remotely with suppliers and technical teams at Sodexo. Maintaining data integrity and collaborating on data flow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supplier partners to establish and maintain electronic data flows for business‑critical files.
- Work with technical teams and partners to ensure accurate data capture and integration.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configuration.
- Provide consulting, support, and training services to partners on data and systems integration.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to data flows, upgrades, and integrations.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new systems.
- Work closely with suppliers, eProcurement teams, procurement management, accounts payable, and IS&T teams to provide updates and manage escalations.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience with EDI integrations, supplier data exchange, or procurement systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP)
- Experience working with SQL or other data query tools
- Experience with testing tools such as DevOps (or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of EDI and other data exchange concepts
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
