- Senior Manager leading Supply Finance & Analytics for Sodexo in Canada. Driving financial performance, data analysis, and collaboration with supply chain and procurement functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial performance, analytics, governance, and value creation activities associated with Sodexo Canada's Supply Chain and Procurement functions
- Maximize vendor funding performance, improve spend compliance, and enhance supply-related forecasting accuracy
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and BP&A leaders
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, reporting automation, and process transformation initiatives
- Plan, forecast, analyze, and report for all supply-related activities
- Develop and execute Supply Finance analytics strategy to support business performance and margin improvement
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data accessibility and analytical capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field required
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience
- Experience managing vendor funding programs, rebate recovery processes, working capital initiatives, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Experience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes
- Ability to perform the role in English is required, ability to perform in both languages proficiently (English/French) is an asset.
