About the role
- Professional Services Consultant helping Canadian automotive dealerships implement Solera’s vehicle lifecycle SaaS products. Driving adoption, ROI, consulting engagements, and data-informed client recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture partnerships with dealership accounts through tailored consulting engagements and personalized support
- Drive adoption of Solera SaaS products and maximize clients’ return on investment
- Generate new consulting engagement opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with service offerings
- Travel to dealerships and provide on-site support and consultation
- Collaborate with Solera team members and share knowledge to enhance team performance
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct
- Execute departmental and company initiatives in a timely manner
- Manage and resolve moderate to complex tasks and dealership requests
- Analyze data sets to provide actionable recommendations to dealership clients and internal teams
- Meet individual and team KPIs and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong automotive dealership experience highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with SaaS accounts, preferably in the automotive dealership sector
- At least 1 year of experience with SaaS products, ideally used by automotive dealerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus
- Ability to conduct training sessions and present effectively to small and large groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage clients effectively by phone, virtual meetings, and in person
- Strong personal accountability and proactive problem-solving approach
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
