About the role

  • Sales Enablement Manager coordinating onboarding, training, and product-launch readiness for Spellbook’s AI copilot serving transactional lawyers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end sales onboarding program, including scheduling sessions, managing materials, and tracking progress
  • Train new hires on core sales processes, product knowledge, and messaging
  • Maintain and improve onboarding documentation, training flow, and enablement content
  • Track onboarding completion and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate recurring training sessions across Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Manage the enablement calendar and ensure training is delivered on time
  • Maintain the sales enablement knowledge base/LMS and keep documentation current
  • Gather feedback from representatives and leaders to improve training quality and effectiveness
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product updates and launches into sales enablement
  • Coordinate launch readiness activities, including live trainings, written briefs, battlecards, FAQs, and talk tracks
  • Track training completion and readiness for major product releases
  • Ensure sales teams understand messaging, positioning, ideal customer profiles, and competitive differentiation
  • Organize enablement tools, content repositories, and onboarding assets
  • Track engagement with training content and identify areas requiring additional support
  • Assist with surveys, certifications, and assessments
  • Support documentation of sales processes and best practices
  • Report to the Director of Legal Solutions

Requirements

  • Exceptional organization and ability to create structure, documentation, and repeatable processes
  • Ability to support teams in learning, ramping, and performing effectively
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and structure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex product information into understandable training content
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with sales tools or enablement platforms such as HubSpot, Notion, or LMS systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS or product-led environments is helpful but not required
  • Must be legally able to work and reside in Canada at the time of application
