About the role

  • Project Coordinator at Stanpro supporting product development and vendor coordination. Collaborating on product launches and ensuring accurate documentation with marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will provide support for a variety of initiatives related to the new product launch process, including conducting competitive analyses, participating in vendor selection, and ordering samples.
  • The coordinator is responsible for responding to daily requests from the company's various departments.
  • Gather all technical information from suppliers to support product development.
  • Coordinate and track samples as part of vendor selection and testing requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day support (specific requests and technical questions) to the sales team, as needed.

Requirements

  • University degree or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in product or project management.
  • Bilingualism is required: French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector and in a B2B environment is an asset.
  • Excellent command of the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is an asset.
