Responsibilities
Ensure work compliance with plans and specifications;
Monitor nighttime closures in the Greater Montreal area and prepare the site diary;
Compile and reconcile the work completed by the contractor;
Verify the contractor’s work methods;
Maintain a safe work environment;
Track and manage non-conformities related to traffic maintenance;
Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders;
Represent the client’s interests;
Enforce road signage standards in accordance with TOME V.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in traffic maintenance;
Secondary V diploma (high school diploma or equivalent);
Valid driver’s license and access to a car;
Autonomy and resourcefulness;
Analytical and integration skills;
Knowledge of transportation and/or traffic disciplines;
Knowledge of MTQ standards and guidelines;
Ability to work in a team;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
STC-102 and STC-202 training certificates;
General construction site health and safety course (ASP construction);
Good verbal and written communication in French; English is an asset;
A civil engineering technician diploma would be an asset.
