Responsibilities
Directly supervise crews and coordinate daily field activities
Plan manpower and allocate labour
Conduct daily toolbox talks and hazard assessments
Monitor productivity and communicate concerns affecting schedule or budget
Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and staging
Ensure timesheets, FLHAs, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new workers to site expectations
Demonstrate visible safety leadership and promote a proactive safety culture
Requirements
Must be competent in industrial environments
Knowledge of industrial standards
Excellent problem-solving ability
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Able to produce quality documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Physically able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs
Valid Alberta driver's license and willingness to travel
Journeyman Electrician - Red Seal preferred
Valid CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid and Fall Protection certificates
