About the role
- Associate Sales Representative promoting Stryker Sage hospital products to clinicians. Supporting sales, implementations, training, and customer relationships across Calgary and Edmonton.
Responsibilities
- Promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff
- Provide excellent customer service and develop customer relationships
- Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share
- Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas
- Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in national, regional, and local trade shows
- Manage delivery dates, solve problems through a consultative approach, provide in-service training, and coordinate product repairs
- Travel 70% to support territory responsibilities and company-related duties
Requirements
- University Degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Preferred: Degree in nursing or other health-related disciplines
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience working in a hospital or other clinical setting
