Technical Implementation Manager responsible for onboarding new clients to SaaS solutions. Collaborating with customers to ensure smooth integration and providing technical support throughout implementation.
Responsibilities
Manage the technical implementation process for new customers, from kickoff to go-live.
Autonomously lead the end-to-end onboarding and project management for smaller-scale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact when a dedicated CSM is not assigned.
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements, business needs, and workflows.
Configure and customize our SaaS platform to meet specific customer requirements.
Oversee data migration from customer systems to our platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Facilitate integrations with other customers systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using APIs or other integration methods.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the implementation process.
Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during implementation and post-launch.
Respond to incidents and provide Level 2 technical assistance to end-users.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including configurations, and workflows.
Conduct technical training sessions for customers to ensure they can effectively use our platform.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve our implementation processes and methodologies.
Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration.
Proficiency in APIs, MongoDB/NoSQL databases, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), web technologies (HTML, CSS), etc.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing projects or client onboardings independently.
