About the role

  • Customer Solution Architect Team Lead managing a global team at Supabase to drive customer adoption and success. Focusing on technical excellence and customer outcomes for diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Captain a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Architects.
  • Drive the adoption of Supabase across diverse customers.
  • Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Create onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs.
  • Ensure CSAs deliver successful outcomes and unblock adoption.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Hands-on experience building modern web applications using frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
  • Clear, confident technical communicator and storyteller.
  • Experience navigating stakeholder alignment and problem-solving.
