About the role

  • AI Program Manager supporting AI-related projects enhancing hybrid work experience in financial services. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve high performance
  • Managing several concurrent projects using agile methods
  • Leading and managing medium to large complexity projects consisting of multiple Agile teams
  • Playing a consultative role to optimize the efficiency of the project team
  • Acting as the Scrum Master for teams requiring support
  • Developing a project management approach suitable to achieve project goals
  • Proactively identify and escalate project issues and risks and ensure effective progress reporting

Requirements

  • 8-10 years PM experience
  • Experience working on AI initiatives an asset
  • PMP and experience working with Scrum/Kanban, SAFe or other Agile methodologies
  • Working towards or achieved PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent is an asset
  • Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum and traditional project management principles and practices
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related tools, Jira
