About the role

  • Bilingual Contact Centre Representative supporting customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls. Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries effectively at TD.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver legendary customer service by providing each caller with the right advice
  • Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and coaching support

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous collection, credit experience and or call center and banking experience are an asset
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through computer systems with speed and accuracy
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude
