About the role

  • Senior Business Program Analyst responsible for digital tools design and execution at TD in Canada. Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to enhance Commercial Banking colleague capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of programs that support digital tool adoption and business transformation initiatives
  • Develop and implement scalable tools, resources, and in-app guidance to enhance colleague experience and performance outcomes
  • Conduct Learning Needs Assessment and Learning Strategy to plan, design and for prioritization
  • Support the development and rollout of training materials, procedures, and enablement strategies for new tools and processes
  • Lead or support projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and optimization
  • Partner with both business and technical stakeholders across Commercial Banking to understand business needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions aligned to strategic objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on program effectiveness, digital adoption strategies, and process improvements
  • Ensure programs align with enterprise frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
  • Monitor program performance, service levels, and operational effectiveness; implement remediation plans where required
  • Support regulatory reporting, audits, and policy updates as required
  • Provide advanced analysis, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance products, processes, and colleague workflows through data-driven recommendations
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in digital banking, learning technologies, and enablement practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert, representing the team on enterprise initiatives and cross-functional programs
  • Contribute to team capability development through knowledge sharing and mentorship
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team environment

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and French) – required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive initiatives forward
  • Experience in commercial banking or financial services is an asset
  • Background in change management, learning & development, or digital adoption is an asset
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe), CRM tools like Salesforce, Confluence, or JIRA is an asset
  • Experience in Agile is an asset
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles or journey mapping is an asset
  • Basic coding knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support digital tool optimization and troubleshooting is an asset
