About the role

  • Project Manager for finance-related projects at TD SYNNEX, requiring bilingual fluency in French and English. Focused on collaborative initiatives and process enhancements across teams in North America and globally.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the management, implementation, and execution of finance‑related projects.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional and cross‑departmental teams, including collaboration with French‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, assumptions, risks, milestones, and timelines.
  • Monitor project performance against plans, proactively identifying issues, risks, and dependencies and driving timely resolution.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes clearly and professionally in both French and English, including written reports and presentations.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on new or revised processes, ensuring consistent adoption across bilingual teams.
  • Support process standardization, improved controls, and accurate financial reporting across regions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure promotions, pricing, and contractual requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Deliver regular status reporting to Finance leadership, including weekly and monthly updates.
  • Assist management in monitoring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Advanced bilingual fluency in French Canadian and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to build strong, effective working relationships across functions, cultures, and language groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex business and operational issues.
  • Confidence operating in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to leadership.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn new systems and technologies.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or supporting teams through process or system changes.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
