About the role
- Project Manager for finance-related projects at TD SYNNEX, requiring bilingual fluency in French and English. Focused on collaborative initiatives and process enhancements across teams in North America and globally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for the management, implementation, and execution of finance‑related projects.
- Partner with Finance leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional and cross‑departmental teams, including collaboration with French‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, assumptions, risks, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor project performance against plans, proactively identifying issues, risks, and dependencies and driving timely resolution.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes clearly and professionally in both French and English, including written reports and presentations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on new or revised processes, ensuring consistent adoption across bilingual teams.
- Support process standardization, improved controls, and accurate financial reporting across regions.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure promotions, pricing, and contractual requirements are implemented accurately.
- Deliver regular status reporting to Finance leadership, including weekly and monthly updates.
- Assist management in monitoring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures and deadlines.
Requirements
- Advanced bilingual fluency in French Canadian and English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to build strong, effective working relationships across functions, cultures, and language groups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex business and operational issues.
- Confidence operating in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to leadership.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn new systems and technologies.
- Experience training, mentoring, or supporting teams through process or system changes.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
