Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of accountability for the management, implementation, and execution of finance‑related projects.
Partner with Finance leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead cross‑functional and cross‑departmental teams, including collaboration with French‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, assumptions, risks, milestones, and timelines.
Monitor project performance against plans, proactively identifying issues, risks, and dependencies and driving timely resolution.
Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes clearly and professionally in both French and English, including written reports and presentations.
Provide guidance and training to staff on new or revised processes, ensuring consistent adoption across bilingual teams.
Support process standardization, improved controls, and accurate financial reporting across regions.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure promotions, pricing, and contractual requirements are implemented accurately.
Deliver regular status reporting to Finance leadership, including weekly and monthly updates.
Assist management in monitoring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures and deadlines.
Requirements
Advanced bilingual fluency in French Canadian and English (spoken and written).
Proven ability to build strong, effective working relationships across functions, cultures, and language groups.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex business and operational issues.
Confidence operating in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to leadership.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn new systems and technologies.
Experience training, mentoring, or supporting teams through process or system changes.
