Responsibilities

- Implement people, process, and technology solutions to realize benefits across the business.
- Work with tech experts across technical PMO, architecture, integration, data & reporting, security, custom development, and testing.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years in Agile product management including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Gitlab, or AWS DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and roadmap planning.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years managing a software development team of at least three (3) people.
- Delivered backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization outputs that directly supported software development and feature delivery.
- Delivered on projects that required engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements or feedback, and translating those needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, or other delivery-ready product requirements that supported software delivery.
- Delivered on products that required coordinating with software development teams to support timely completion of features, iterations, or releases.
