About the role

Data Maintenance & Reporting role supporting Engineering and Product departments at Tether. Collaborating on operational excellence and tracking performance metrics for team success.

Responsibilities

Assist in the rigorous tracking of engineering and product team performance by updating dashboards and verification logs
Maintain and organize operational standards, coordination protocols, and technical standards within Confluence to ensure department-wide visibility
Provide administrative support in the tracking and reporting of OKRs on the agreed-upon cadence
Update and monitor the hiring pipeline data to ensure the leadership team has an accurate view of candidate influx and resource needs
Support in-depth due diligence by gathering necessary data and documentation to verify that teams are functioning as intended
Assist in overseeing budget spreadsheets and expenditure logs to help identify potential cost overruns or inefficiencies.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-impact role focused on operations or administrative support
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team reporting to executive leadership
Proficiency in Confluence and Jira for process verification and visibility
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify and surface potential delays or risks.
