About the role
- Data Maintenance & Reporting role supporting Engineering and Product departments at Tether. Collaborating on operational excellence and tracking performance metrics for team success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the rigorous tracking of engineering and product team performance by updating dashboards and verification logs
- Maintain and organize operational standards, coordination protocols, and technical standards within Confluence to ensure department-wide visibility
- Provide administrative support in the tracking and reporting of OKRs on the agreed-upon cadence
- Update and monitor the hiring pipeline data to ensure the leadership team has an accurate view of candidate influx and resource needs
- Support in-depth due diligence by gathering necessary data and documentation to verify that teams are functioning as intended
- Assist in overseeing budget spreadsheets and expenditure logs to help identify potential cost overruns or inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-impact role focused on operations or administrative support
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team reporting to executive leadership
- Proficiency in Confluence and Jira for process verification and visibility
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify and surface potential delays or risks.
