About the role
- Facility Partnerships Representative securing sports and training facility partnerships for Texas Sports Academy. Managing outreach, pitches, contract closing, and partner relationships remotely.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to target sports and training facilities
- Identify and contact facility owners or decision makers
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule meetings with facility owners
- Explain the academy, its 2-Hour Learning model, and partnership opportunities
- Answer prospective partners' questions
- Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements
- Send contracts for signature
- Manage relationships with signed partners and handle their questions
- Follow up consistently by phone and email
- Log calls, emails, meetings, and deal stages in the CRM
Requirements
- Experience with cold or warm outreach to business owners or decision makers
- Demonstrated meetings booked and conversion of meetings into deals
- Experience taking deals from first contact through agreement and signed contract
- Ability to handle objections
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage a pipeline
- Clear, professional email writing
- Comfort speaking by phone with unfamiliar business owners
- Ability to track open conversations and follow up on schedule independently
- Experience maintaining business relationships after the sale
- Availability full-time for the length of the contract
- HubSpot experience, including deal pipelines, sequences, and reporting (bonus)
- Sports or fitness industry background (bonus)
- B2B partnership or referral relationship experience (bonus)
- Education or youth sports experience (bonus)
