Senior Data Analyst driving data-informed decision-making across the organization at TextNow. Identifying trends and designing dashboards to support strategic actions.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to identify actionable insights, trends, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Redash.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support product, marketing, and operations initiatives.
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
Assist in building scalable data models and automation pipelines.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Translate business questions into data requirements and analytical deliverables.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Define and standardize analytical best practices across the organization.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
You bring 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related role.
You are highly proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
You have hands-on experience with modern BI and analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode.
You have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
You are comfortable working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Eppo).
You communicate insights clearly and effectively, using data storytelling to influence decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.
You think analytically and approach problems with curiosity, rigor, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
You bring solid business and product acumen, using data to drive impact and growth.
You collaborate well with cross-functional partners, including product and growth teams.
