Responsibilities
Provides construction administration elements of the contracted services and coordinating the field services resources.
Forecast site reviews projected vs. the number of visits included in a fee proposal, advise the Manager if additional site reviews are required.
Maintain strong relationships with client and construction team members to develop new services to meet clients needs.
Keep Group Leader apprised of activities and lead by example, following proper procedures.
Participate in training courses and show initiative for professional development.
Enforce and adhere to the Codes of the company's Mission statement.
Actively pursues training and attend construction meetings.
Follow quality control procedures and issue field instruction as required.
Maintain files for projects in an orderly and organized manner and perform field reviews and associated systems or equipment testing.
Check financial status of projects prior to sending compliance letters.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or similar environment.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction related Code or Plumbing and HVAC experience.
Excellent Computer Skills (MS Word package minimum).
Highly organized and have clear English written and verbal communication skills.
Must have own car and maintain personal car insurance.
Required to access construction sites, ladders, heights.
Ability to work under pressure of multiple demands.
