About the role
- Senior Demand Generation Marketer scaling inbound pipeline and campaigns for TLDR, the profitable tech newsletter network. Owning paid, email, funnel optimization, and vertical go-to-market programs.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound and marketing-sourced pipeline goals end to end
- Turn existing demand-generation programs into a scalable machine
- Own paid campaigns, HubSpot nurtures, the email calendar, and conversion across the funnel
- Test, optimize, and report on campaign performance
- Take integrated campaigns to market, including webinars, gifting, and account playbooks
- Partner with Product Marketing and Content
- Collaborate with Sales on accounts, verticals, campaign strategy, and outbound marketing
- Open new channels and audiences, including product-led and self-serve entry points
- Report to the VP of Marketing
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B demand generation, owning a pipeline or revenue number
- Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns across paid, email, web, and content
- Experience with attribution and funnel analysis
- Experience building, testing, and optimizing email nurture and lifecycle programs
- Ability to use AI and automation tools
- Ability to work closely with GTM Engineering
- Nice to have: experience in media or advertising sales, product-led or self-serve motions, or selling to marketers
