About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager owning 70+ North American events, webinars, and partner programs for Traild’s AI-powered finance automation SaaS. Driving pipeline through creative activations, co-marketing, and revenue-focused reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own Traild’s North America event calendar end to end, covering 70+ ERP user groups, industry conferences, channel roadshows, and customer and prospect dinners
  • Manage sponsorship selection, booth design, lead capture, follow-up and post-event pipeline reporting
  • Build event field playbooks covering pre-show outreach, meeting targets, on-site activation and follow-up sequences
  • Develop and test booth concepts, activations, event formats and invitations
  • Run regional customer dinners, executive roundtables, lunch and learns, and co-hosted local sessions
  • Own webinars from planning and speaker preparation through promotion, execution and performance analytics
  • Partner with North America sales leadership on regional demand plans
  • Run co-marketing programs with ERP platforms, resellers and implementation partners
  • Build relationships with priority North American ERP platforms and VARs to secure co-marketing commitments
  • Maintain partner and field toolkits, including pitch decks, social assets, email templates and value proposition materials
  • Deliver internal enablement for North America sales and channel representatives
  • Track and report event and channel performance against revenue outcomes and recommend investment priorities

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of B2B event or field marketing experience in SaaS or tech
  • Demonstrated ownership of events end to end
  • Ability to manage 70 or more events per year running in parallel
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to report revenue, pipeline and ROI
  • Creative experience with booth concepts, activations, event formats or invitations
  • Experience building relationships with partners, VARs or implementation partners
  • Strong project management and attention to detail
  • Ability to run multiple programs and vendors across time zones
  • Clear, compelling communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience at a Series A to Series C SaaS company is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of the finance or accounting software landscape is a plus
