About the role

  • Operations & Ecosystem Manager overseeing infrastructure and impact measurement for Skills Development Programs at Unity Technologies. Collaborating across teams to drive sustained program success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the operational infrastructure for Skills Development Programs (SDP), including learner tracking systems, workflows, and scalable program processes.
  • Define, track, and present program impact by creating dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes such as enrollment, completion, certification, and pathways to employment.
  • Establish and manage the long-term learner ecosystem, including alumni communities, engagement initiatives, mentoring opportunities, and growth of the talent network.
  • Implement and optimize CRM and automation systems to manage learner and partner lifecycle data, streamline reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate program delivery and cross-functional collaboration during active contracts, working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Learning teams to ensure programs meet defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or scaling programs in education, talent development, or ecosystem initiatives, with a strong focus on operational structure and delivery.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to define KPIs, track program performance, and translate analysis into clear reports and actionable improvements.
  • Experience creating or managing communities, alumni networks, or engagement programs that keep participants connected beyond the initial program.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Learning to coordinate program success and impact.
  • Proactive builder mindset; able to work autonomously, design processes from scratch, and introduce tools, automation, or systems to scale programs effectively.
  • Experience on early-stage teams or in launching new initiatives where processes, structures, and collaboration models were still being defined.
