About the role
- Senior Solutions Architect leading the launch of an AI-native development platform at Upsun. Collaborating with design partners to drive technical solutions and customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the go-to-market launch of our new AI-native software development platform
- Own the technical relationship with design partners and prospects
- Drive the market feedback loop by synthesizing customer signals
- Partner with Sales to develop the playbook
- Build and maintain demo environments and reference architectures
- Act as a peer to senior engineering leaders and executives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or architecture at a developer tools, platform, or infrastructure company
- Comfortable writing code and scripting to stand up integrations
- Solid fluency in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD
- A deep understanding of how AI is reshaping the SDLC
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents
- Exceptional demo and communication skills
- Experience juggling multiple high-stakes design partners and internal stakeholders simultaneously
