Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Familiarity with SQL or scripting is preferred.
Proven ability to lead technical conversations with executive stakeholders.
Deep experience in professional services or onboarding, ideally within a fast-growing startup or a data-heavy product environment.
A resourceful mindset with the ability to think on your feet and make decisive technical calls.
A track record of driving successful go-lives where solutions are aligned with the client’s strategic needs.
Experience working in a "pod" or partnership model (e.g., Architect + Project Manager).
