Responsibilities
- Own capacity management and forecasting processes across complex technical environments
- Drive continuous improvements to planning, documentation, and operational workflows
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they impact delivery
- Develop scalable processes that improve operational efficiency
- Ensure capacity planning aligns with business priorities and technical requirements
- Lead end-to-end technical initiatives across multiple teams
- Coordinate engineering efforts to deliver complex programs successfully
- Drive execution while balancing competing priorities
- Track program health, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- Build trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand engagement and create additional client value
- Work closely with engineering teams on technical planning and execution
Requirements
- 5-10+ years managing complex technology programs
- Experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives
- Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience
- Demonstrated experience with capacity planning and forecasting
- Experience improving operational processes at scale
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience working alongside engineering teams on technical delivery
- Previous ownership of production systems or large operational environments
