Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and effective manner
Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in compliance with security policies
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical issues

Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting IT issues
Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking protocols
Experience with IT support tools and platforms (e.g., remote desktop, ticketing systems)
Proficiency in system maintenance and security best practices
Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with teams
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ , or similar are a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
