About the role
- Bilingual Member Services Representative building relationships with veterinary establishments in the Quebec region. Supporting and guiding members for utilizing VP services effectively in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- As a Member Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact between VP and the veterinary practices in your territory.
- Your mission will be to develop trusting relationships with members, support practices in the use of VP services, understand their needs, and assist in their development.
- Regularly visit the veterinary practices in your territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with practice owners and teams.
- Respond to inquiries and support members with their needs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Relay field information to the internal team.
- Offer support visits or consultations to practices.
- Participate in industry conferences and events.
- Ensure follow-up of activities and visits in internal systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the veterinary sector
- Good understanding of how a veterinary practice operates
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomy and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Interest in the development of veterinary practices
- Knowledge of veterinary clinical management software
